Patrik Nacher, Deputy Speaker of the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic, held a working meeting with Kansuke Nagaoka, Ambassador of Japan to the Czech Republic.
The discussion focused on the current international political situation and the strength of Czech–Japanese economic relations, with Japan remaining one of the country’s key foreign investors. The two also exchanged views on cooperation in areas such as sports and public health, highlighting Japan’s experience, particularly in the organization of youth sports.
With more than a century of diplomatic relations and a strong presence of Japanese companies in the Czech Republic, both sides emphasized the importance of further deepening economic cooperation and bilateral ties.
