The Prague delegation of the Italian Academy of Cuisine organized a charity event at the Lore restaurant in Malá Strana, attended by the Italian Ambassador to the Czech Republic, Alessandro Gaudiano. Held in a spirit of solidarity, friendship, and social responsibility, the initiative honored the daily support provided to those in need across the Czech Republic by the Italian Franciscan sisters Emanuela, Mariarosa, and Carla Alberta. Members of the Academy, together with the ambassador, personally served traditional Italian dishes to the guests. The lunch, prepared by chef Lorenzo Cortesi, was offered to approximately twenty people in need.
