Finland’s Ambassador Pasi Tuominen (front row/photo) this month has hosted a special reception at the Finnish Residence in Prague to recognize Czech school headmasters whose institutions have been awarded for their excellence in implementing the KiVa anti-bullying programme. The event was organized in cooperation with Schola Empirica and highlighted the vital importance of creating safe, respectful, and inclusive school environments.
The KiVa programme, developed in Finland, provides schools with proven tools to prevent and respond to bullying. As more Czech schools adopt this model, the event served as a powerful reminder of the shared Nordic-Czech commitment to promoting student well-being and fostering positive educational climates.
