King Willem-Alexander and Queen Máxima of the Netherlands made a state visit to the Czech Republic at the invitation of President Petr Pavel. On the evening of June 4, President Pavel hosted a state banquet at Prague Castle in honor of the Dutch royal couple. During the ceremony, the Czech president conferred a state decoration on King Willem-Alexander and awarded Queen Máxima the First Class Order of the White Lion.
